Belgium Announces Compliant E-Invoicing Solutions Ahead of 2026 B2B Mandate

On October 15, 2024, Belgium's Federal Public Service Finance (FPS Finance) officially published a list of compliant e-invoicing solutions in preparation for the mandatory B2B e-invoicing requirement set to take effect on January 1, 2026. This mandate will require all businesses in Belgium to utilize structured electronic invoices via the Pan-European Public Procurement Online (PEPPOL) network, moving away from traditional PDF formats.
